Terms for using this website and buying from Screen Doors Company.

Who operates this store

Products, prices and orders

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Select the screen dimensions and colour carefully, and check the description and suitability information. The cart shows goods, any discount and delivery before payment. A custom-size or wholesale enquiry requires a separate agreed quotation. We may need to correct a material listing or availability error; if it affects an order, we will contact you with the available options rather than make an unagreed substitution.

Payment and confirmation

Card and PayPal checkout are offered when available. A return from a payment provider alone is not confirmation: the order status must be verified. If the confirmation page cannot confirm your payment, contact us with its reference before attempting another payment.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Standard delivery is free from NZ$75 after discounts, otherwise NZ$25. Express delivery costs NZ$25 on any order. Allow 5-7 days for delivery after 24-48 hours of handling. No shorter express delivery window is promised. For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 15 days of purchase. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. A NZ$39 packing and handling fee applies, and you pay tracked return shipping to the dispatch warehouse. These terms do not limit your Consumer Guarantees Act rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Please read the shipping and returns and cancellation policies, including the 12.5% voluntary pre-dispatch cancellation fee.

Using the site

Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or misuse another person’s information. Site text, imagery and branding remain subject to the rights of their owners.

Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains the information used to answer enquiries and fulfil orders. Payment, tracking and other external services operate under their own terms. External links do not guarantee third-party content.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Contact us first to resolve a concern, using our complaints process.

These terms were prepared on 7 September 2026. Updated terms apply prospectively; an update does not remove rights relating to an existing order.
