Where we deliver

Our online delivery offer covers New Zealand. For an address outside New Zealand, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free from NZ$75 after discounts, otherwise NZ$25. Express delivery costs NZ$25 on any order. Allow 5-7 days for delivery after 24-48 hours of handling. No shorter express delivery window is promised. The free standard-delivery threshold is calculated on the goods total after any discount. Your selected delivery charge is shown in the cart before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

Handling and delivery are separate periods. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Use Track Your Parcel once you have a tracking number.

Address details and imports

Check your full delivery address and postcode before payment. Orders may be dispatched from an overseas warehouse. Any customs or import charges assessed by the relevant authority are separate from our delivery fee; contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is late or tracking has stopped, contact theteam@screendoorsonline.co.nz with your order number. Tell us about damage, missing items or incorrect goods so we can investigate and provide the applicable remedy.
