Frequently asked questions
What information should I include?
For an existing order, include its reference and your question. For sizing, include the dimensions, units and frame space. Never send payment-card details.
What is the phone number?

What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free from NZ$75 after discounts, otherwise NZ$25. Express delivery costs NZ$25 on any order. Allow 5-7 days for delivery after 24-48 hours of handling. No shorter express delivery window is promised.
Can I return an order?
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 15 days of purchase. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required. A NZ$39 packing and handling fee applies, and you pay tracked return shipping to the dispatch warehouse. These terms do not limit your Consumer Guarantees Act rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Can I cancel before shipping?
Contact theteam@screendoorsonline.co.nz as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours. Voluntary cancellation before dispatch carries a 12.5% processing fee. After dispatch, the returns policy applies. Statutory remedies are separate.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the tracking link emailed after dispatch or our Track Your Parcel page. If tracking has stalled, contact the team with your order reference.
What currency are your prices?
Prices and cart totals on this store are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Who can help with sizing?
Email theteam@screendoorsonline.co.nz with your opening dimensions and available flat frame space, or request a custom-size quotation. Do not cut a reinforced border before checking.
Do you have a showroom?
We operate online. The Wellington and Thailand addresses are administrative, not showrooms or return warehouses. Contact us for return instructions.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
The online delivery offer is for New Zealand. Contact the team before ordering elsewhere.
