Information we use

When you order or contact us, we may receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order selections, payment references, messages and any photographs you choose to provide. Browsing can provide technical information such as IP address, browser and device data, page visits and cookie identifiers. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.

Why we use it

We use the information to answer questions, process and fulfil orders, provide tracking and after-sales support, prevent misuse, maintain business records and understand site use. Marketing preferences should be respected; a support enquiry does not itself authorise unrelated marketing.

Service providers and overseas handling

Relevant information may be processed by our hosting, payment, fulfilment, email, customer-support, marketing-form and analytics providers. The site uses Stripe or PayPal for payments, Google Analytics, an embedded support chatbot and Marketing Command Centre enquiry forms. Providers and our operations may be outside New Zealand. Information should be limited to what is needed for the service and protected appropriately. Payment providers handle card information; do not put it in a support form.

Cookies and local storage

The cart and saved checkout preferences use browser storage. Analytics and embedded services may use cookies or similar identifiers. See our cookie policy. You can clear or restrict them in your browser; some features may then stop working.

Retention and protection

Information is retained for fulfilment, customer support, accounting and applicable legal requirements, then removed or de-identified when no longer needed. Access should be limited to authorised people and providers. No online service can promise absolute security.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity. If a correction is declined, you may request a statement of the correction sought be attached to the information. Contact us first with a privacy concern; you can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
